HEARING BEFORE CITY PLAN BOARD The Plan Board of the City of Gainesville, FL will discuss the following item at a Public Hearing scheduled on Thursday, February 26, 2015 starting at 6:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the City Hall Building, 1st floor City Commission A uditorium, located at 200 E. University Avenue, Gainesville, FL. Petition PB-14-123 TCH. City Plan Board. Amend and update the text of the City of Gainesville Engineering Design & Construction Manual; and amend the City of Gainesville Land Development Code to: adopt the City of Gainesville Engineering Design & Constru ction Manual by reference; update and clarify the text of Sections 30-14, 30-192, and 30-336; and delete Article VIII, Division 2, Subdivision II Stormwater Management. If any person decides to appeal a decision of this body with respect to any matter considered at the above-referenced meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes it may be necessary to ensure that a verbatim re cord of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
